The SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner is a highly hydrating toner that helps to gently exfoliate while soothing and brightening the skin.

Infused with 74% cica leaf water from Madagascar for hydration as well as AHA and LHA to provide gentle exfoliation, this fragrance-free toner is designed to relieve skin of irritations while adding radiance

Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad. Apply whilst gently following the lines of your skin. Turn the cotton pad over and gently pat the absorb the contents.
