How to use EOS Chamomile Stick Lip Balm
- Exfoliate your lips 1-2 times per week – This removes dry, flaky skin and allows moisturizers to penetrate better. Use a lip scrub or soft toothbrush.
- Apply a lip balm or treatment – After exfoliating, use a nourishing lip balm or overnight lip mask. Look for ingredients like shea butter, vitamins E/C, coconut oil, etc.
- Use a moisturizing lipstick/gloss – For daytime, choose lipsticks with a creamy formula. Lip glosses also provide moisture and shine. Applying lipstick also helps seal in moisture.
- Drink plenty of water – Staying hydrated keeps your lips from getting chapped and dry. Aim for at least eight 8-oz glasses daily.
- Avoid licking your lips – This temporary moisture can actually dry your lips more long-term. Break the habit of licking.
